The annual SDG Business Forum will convene during the ministerial segment of the 2018 High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF). The 2017 Business Forum was co-hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA), and the UN Global Compact, and organized in collaboration with the Global Business Alliance (GBA) for 2030.
The event is one of four special events taking place alongside the HLPF. The others are: a Higher Education Sustainability Initiative (HESI) event on 11 July; a Partnership Exchange on 13 July; and a Local and Regional Authorities Forum on 16 July.
