This session will provide an opportunity for interested persons to learn and engage in opportunities for island conservation and sustainable livelihoods with regard to the International Day of Island Biodiversity (22 May 2014), International Year of Small Island Developing States (2014), 3rd International Conference for Small Island Developing States (UNSIDS 2014), and the Convention on Biological Diversity Conference of the Parties (CBD COP 12). RSVP is necessary for entry.
