22 October 2012: The Secretariat of the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands of International Importance especially as Waterfowl Habitat (Ramsar Convention) has released an updated version of interactive maps of Wetlands of International Importance.
The new tool, available on the Ramsar Sites Information Service (RSIS), enables users to access new data, such as Ramsar criteria or wetland type, use different colors and display more categories to customize the maps.
