February 2010: The World Bank Institute Climate Change (WBICC) Practice has launched its first quarterly e-Bulletin, which reports on activities in its four programmes, namely: cities and climate change; innovation in carbon finance; leadership and coalition building in climate change; and climate adaptation in water, agriculture and natural resource management.

The e-Bulletin includes stories on the launch of a Global Dialogue Series From Copenhagen to Mexico; an update on the Development Marketplace projects on innovations for climate adaptation at the community level; and information on a South-South exchange on climate adaptation titled “Producing more crops per drop (of water).” It also provides information on the upcoming Carbon Finance Forum, which will take place from 3-5 March 2010, in Nairobi, Kenya, and regional Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) workshops.
