The open-ended Working Group on the Rules of Procedure and the Financial Rules of the Governing Body, Compliance, and the Funding Strategy of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture has met to prepare drafts for consideration by the first meeting of the Governing Body, to be held in June 2006, in Madrid, Spain.

The Working Group met from 14-17 December 2005, in Rome, Italy.
