The first is a report presenting a synthesis of information and views on the areas of focus set out in the terms of reference for the review and assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of Article 4, paragraphs 1(c) and 5 (development and transfer of technologies) of the Convention contained in 11 submissions received from parties and three submissions from accredited non-governmental organizations (FCCC/SBI/2009/INF.1). The second is a document on the status of receipt of contributions to the UNFCCC trust funds (FCCC/SBI/2009/INF.7).
