UNFCCC Releases Submissions on Quantified Economywide Emission Reduction Targets

The UNFCCC Secretariat has released nine submissions from parties containing additional information relating to the quantified economywide emission reduction targets contained in document FCCC/SB/2011/INF.1/Rev.1.

The submissions will be considered by the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention at its 15th session.

24 April 2012: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released nine submissions from parties containing additional information relating to the quantified economywide emission reduction targets contained in document FCCC/SB/2011/INF.1/Rev.1 (FCCC/AWGLCA/2012/MISC.1).

The submissions are from: Denmark and the European Commission, on behalf of the EU; Japan; Kazakhstan; Monaco; Nauru, on behalf of the Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS); New Zealand; Norway; Switzerland; and the US. The submissions will be considered by the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention at its 15th session, scheduled to take place in Bonn, Germany, from 15–24 May 2012.
