10 May 2010: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released a progress report on the work of the Consultative Group of Experts (CGE) on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (FCCC/SBI/2010/INF.2).
The report contains the proceedings of the first meeting of the CGE, which took place in Bonn, Germany, from 29-31 March 2010. It includes a summary of discussions on: the work programme of the CGE for 2010–2012; the CGE’s cooperation with other expert groups established under the UNFCCC and with the National Communications Support Programme (NCSP) of the UN Development Programme (UNDP); and the organization of its work. The Report will be considered by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) at its 32nd session, to be held from 31 May-9 June 2010, in Bonn, Germany. [The Report]
