UNFCCC Releases LDC Submission on Kyoto Protocol Methodological Issues

The UNFCCC Secretariat has released a submission from Nepal, on behalf of the Least Developed Countries (LDCs), on the implications of decisions 2/CMP.7 (land use, land-use change and forestry (LULUCF)), 3/CMP.7 (emissions trading and the project-based mechanisms), 4/CMP.7 (various methodological issues), and 5/CMP.7 (potential consequences), on the previous decisions on methodological issues related to the Kyoto Protocol (FCCC/SBSTA/2013/MISC.1/Add.2).
