26 April 2010: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published a synthesis of views from parties on issues relating to the 2006 Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Guidelines and the revision of the UNFCCC Annex I reporting guidelines (FCCC/SBSTA/2010/4).
The note also contains proposals on the process and timeline of the work programme established by the 31st session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA 31), to revise the “Guidelines for the preparation of national communications by parties included in Annex I to the Convention, Part I: UNFCCC reporting guidelines on annual inventories.” The note has been prepared to facilitate consideration by SBSTA 32 of the process to revise the UNFCCC Annex I reporting guidelines.
