Switzerland's submission responds to the invitation by the Conference of the Parties (COP) for parties to submit their views on the items relating to the work programme for the development of the modalities and guidelines for developing country mitigation.
3 October 2011: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published Switzerland’s submission (FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/MISC.7/Add.6) on its views on the items relating to a work programme for the development of modalities and guidelines listed in paragraph 66 of decision 1/CP.16 (Enhanced action on mitigation: nationally appropriate mitigation actions by developing country parties).
The Conference of the Parties (COP) invited parties to submit to the Secretariat views on the items relating to the work programme for the development of the modalities and guidelines for developing country mitigation. In addition to the 25 submissions already received by the Secretariat (FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/MISC.7 and Adds.1-5), one further submission has been made by Switzerland, outlining its own views.
