The submissions to the Transitional Committee consist of general submissions, submissions on workstreams I, II and II, and submissions on the draft instrument.
The submissions are from: two State parties; intergovernmental organizations; civil society organizations; and members of the Transitional Committee.
August 2011: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published submissions to the Transitional Committee for the design of the Green Climate Fund.
