15 March 2013: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published the submissions of parties on their views and recommendations on elements to be taken into account in the fifth review of the financial mechanism (FCCC/CP/2013/MISC.1).

The submissions were made in response to the invitation by the 18th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 18) to the UNFCCC that parties should submit for consideration by the Standing Committee, their views and recommendations on elements in the development of the further guidelines for the fifth review of the financial mechanism.
