This fifth annual report of the Compliance Committee addresses questions on implementation with respect to Croatia and Bulgaria.
8 October 2010: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published the fifth annual report of the Compliance Committee (FCCC/KP/CMP/2010/6) to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (COP/MOP).
The report covers activities undertaken from 14 October 2009 to 18 September 2010. It provides a summary of the further consideration by the enforcement branch of the two questions of implementation with respect to Croatia and its consideration of the question of implementation with respect to Bulgaria. It also contains information on discussions by the facilitative branch on provisions relating to facilitation, and discussions of the plenary of the Compliance Committee on consistency in the review process and on conflict of interest.
