UNFCCC Publishes Mitigation Submissions from Parties

The UNFCCC Secretaiat has published submissions from parties on developed and developing country Nationally appropriate mitigation actions (NAMAs).

30 March 2011: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published seven submissions from parties (FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/MISC.6) on views on the issues relating to the a work programme for the development of modalities and guidelines listed in decisions 1/CP.16, paragraph 46, including with respect to the initial scheduling of the processes described in chapter III.A (Enhanced action on mitigation. Nationally appropriate mitigation commitments or actions (NAMAs) by developed country Parties) of the decision.

The submissions are from: Australia, Bolivia, China, Hungary on behalf of the EU, New Zealand, Norway and the US.

The UNFCCC Secretariat has also published eight submissions (FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/MISC.7) from seven parties (Australia, China, Hungary, for the EU, New Zealand, Norway, US and Uzbekistan) on views on the items relating to a work programme for the development of modalities and guidelines listed in decision 1/CP.16 paragraph 66 (Enhanced action on mitigation. Nationally appropriate mitigation actions by developing country Parties).
