19 July 2011: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published the report (FCCC/ KP/AWG/2011/4) of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol (AWG-KP) on the first and second parts of its 16th session, respectively held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 5-8 April 2011, and Bonn, Germany, from 7-17 June 2011.

AWG-KP 16 was suspended on 17 June, and will resume at its next meeting, when the third part of the session will begin and the formal work of the contact group and focused informal work on specific issues will be continued.
