15 September 2010: At the 13th session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol (AWG-KP 13), the Chair presented a “Draft proposal by the Chair” (FCCC/KP/AWG/2010/CRP.2) and invited Parties to submit their views on the text to the Secretariat by 31 August 2010.

The Secretariat received seven such submissions, and in accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions have been compiled in document FCCC/KP/AWG/2010/MISC.6 and reproduced in the languages in which they were received, without formal editing. The submissions are from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Japan, Kazakhstan, Papua New Guinea, and the Russian Federation. [FCCC/KP/AWG/2010/MISC.6]
