July 2008: This training course is organized by the UN
Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) office in Rabat and is
scheduled to take place from 13-17 October 2008 in Rabat, Morocco

The course will be devoted to scientific and technical
aspects of climate change negotiations. Participants will acquire knowledge
concerning the: origin of climate change and greenhouse gas emissions; evolution
of global climate change negotiations and their prospects; vulnerability of the
various areas of the world and the various socio-economic activities vis-à-vis
