July 2009: The UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific’s (UNESCAP) Green Growth Capacity Development Team has finalized the first draft of its Green Growth training of trainers toolkit.

The toolkit was unveiled at the Green Growth Awareness Raising Workshop, which convened from 22-27 June 2009, in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Green Growth trainer’s toolkit currently includes modules related to: promotion of green taxation and budget reform; development of sustainable infrastructure, including application of appropriate assessment tools; promotion of sustainable consumption and production, including demand side management; and greening of the market and promotion of green business.
