11 November 2008: In his monthly press conference, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon indicated that the global financial crisis continues to be a priority, and noted that it presents an opportunity to address climate change
since “green growth can create millions of jobs” at a time of economic hardship.

Ban
is scheduled to attend the Group of 20 meeting this Saturday, in Washington,
