June 2011: The Secretariat of the Rotterdam Convention has released the June 2011 edition of the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) Circular to provide all parties through their designated national authorities with the information required to be circulated by the Secretariat, in line with articles 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13 and 14.
