June 2013: The Secretariat of the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade has released the June 2013 edition of the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) Circular, through which parties are provided with the information required to be circulated, in line with articles 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13 and 14.

The PIC Circular is published every six months, in June and December. This 475-page edition contains information related to the period 1 November 2012-30 April 2013.
