The UNFCCC Secretariat released an addendum to document FCCC/CP/2012/2 that mentions that the organization Qatar Sustainability Network (QSN) is to be considered for admission to COP 18 as observer.
QSN was nominated as the umbrella organization facilitating the engagement of local civil society by the Government of Qatar after the issuance of document FCCC/CP/2012/2.
25 October 2012: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released an addendum to document FCCC/CP/2012/2 containing the list of intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to be considered for admission as observers to the 18th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 18).
The addendum mentions that the organization Qatar Sustainability Network (QSN) is also to be considered for admission to COP 18 as observer. QSN was nominated as the umbrella organization facilitating the engagement of local civil society by the Government of Qatar after the issuance of document FCCC/CP/2012/2.
