The document was adopted during the joint meeting of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) and Environmental Policy Committee (EPOC), held in Paris, France, on 28-29 May 2009.
The meeting addressed financing for climate change adaptation and how to support low carbon development paths through approaches to achieve both mitigation and development objectives. Over 250 delegates participated in the meeting, including 13 ministers, vice-ministers and Heads of agencies. [OECD Press Release]
