NRF Calls for Papers on CSD 20 and CSD 21 Themes

Natural Resources Forum, a UN Sustainable Development Journal (NRF), has issued a called for papers on the themes that were selected for the 20th and 21st sessions of the Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD 20 and CSD 21), namely forests, biodiversity, biotechnology, tourism and mountains.

17 April 2012: Natural Resources Forum, a UN Sustainable Development Journal (NRF), has called for papers for a publication focused on the themes that were selected for the 20th and 21st sessions of the Commission on Sustainable Development’s (CSD).

The NRF encourages submissions on the following themes: forests, biodiversity, biotechnology, tourism and mountains. Papers should be relevant to policymaking; address topics from a sustainable development perspective treating economic, social, and environmental aspects in an integrated way; and focus on the evaluation of global, national and local policies and programmes. Papers on cross-cutting angles of interest are encouraged, such as sustainable consumption and production (SCP), protecting the natural resource base of development, institutions for sustainable development, and sustainable development of small islands developing States (SIDS), Africa or other regions.
