The schedule of side events and the list of posters for the sixth session of the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures are now available on the IPPC website.
25 February 2011: In preparation for the sixth session of the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (CPM 6), to be held from 14-18 March 2011, in Rome, Italy, the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) has released the tentative schedule of side events and the list of posters to be presented.
Side events will focus on, among other issues: capacity-building activities in different regions; pest diagnostics; phytosanitary standards in forestry; resource mobilization; and the International Phytosanitary Portal and the IPPC Online Comment System.
Posters presented during the meeting will address topics such as pest surveillance; tools for pest diagnostics; pest risk analysis; food security and capacity building initiatives. [List of Side Events] [List of Posters]
