Indonesia Holds CC:Learn Workshop on Climate Change Knowledge Management

The Indonesia National Council on Climate Change, in collaboration with the Institute for Technology, Bandung hosted a workshop on Climate Change Knowledge Management (DNPI) as part of Indonesia's implementation of its National Climate Change Learning Strategy.

The event was organized with the support of the One UN Climate Change Learning Partnership (UN CC:Learn).

UN CC:Learn11 February 2014: The Indonesia National Council on Climate Change, in collaboration with the Institute for Technology, Bandung, hosted a workshop on Climate Change Knowledge Management (DNPI) as part of Indonesia’s implementation of its National Climate Change Learning Strategy. The event was organized with the support of the One UN Climate Change Learning Partnership (UN CC:Learn).

The workshop, which was held on 11 February 2014, Bandung, Indonesia, focused on: the meaning of knowledge management and how it can it be applied to climate change information; how to establish a national climate change research network; and the role of research in developing climate change policies.

Indonesia’s national climate change learning strategy development process is supported by UN CC:Learn, a One UN initiative that brings together 33 multilateral organizations that supports member States in designing and implementing results-oriented and sustainable learning to address climate change.
