IDB and FONTAGRO to Fund Climate Change Impact Studies

5 May 2009: The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Regional Fund for Agricultural Technology (FONTAGRO) have announced that they will fund three projects on adapting regional productive systems to climate change.

These projects will study the vulnerability of crops such as coffee, wheat, corn and potatoes.
