May 2010: The Global Environment Facility (GEF) has published documents for the Fourth GEF Assembly, including a report of its Scientific and Technical Advisory Panel (STAP), which highlights that climate change is “even more dangerous than previously expected” and identifies a series of climate change tipping points (GEF/A.4/3).
