15 February 2010: The Climate Investment Funds (CIF) have announced that funds are available to sponsor the participation of developing country NGOs in the CIF Second Partnership Forum, which is scheduled to take place from 18-19 March 2010, in Manila, the Philippines, and which will be hosted by the Asian Development Bank.

Stakeholder Forum, an NGO, is supporting the NGO self-selection process. Selection criteria and application materials are available online and the deadline for all applications is 18 February 2010. [CIF Press Release]
