Exhibition Showcases Germany’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites

The UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has reported on the presentation by the German Federal Foreign Office of the exhibition "World Heritage in Germany." The Berlin exhibition is held on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the UNESCO Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.

UNESCO2 March 2012: The UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has reported on the presentation by the German Federal Foreign Office of the exhibition “World Heritage in Germany.” The Berlin exhibition provides an overview of the 36 World Heritage sites in Germany. It was designed in collaboration with the German UNESCO Commission, the UNESCO space partner the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and the University of Paderborn (Germany).

The exhibition, which is taking place from 28 February – 13 April 2012, is held on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the UNESCO Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
