28 November 2010: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published a submission from Ethiopia and Norway to the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA) (FCCC/AWGLCA/2010/MISC.8/Add.1).

The document has been submitted to the AWG-LCA under the agenda item on preparation of an outcome to be presented to the 16th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 16) for adoption to enable the full, effective and sustained implementation of the Convention through long-term cooperative action now, up to and beyond 2012. The submission relates to the Report of the Secretary-General’s High-level Advisory Group on Climate Change Financing (AGF), which will be considered by the 13th session of the AWG-LCA in Cancun, Mexico.
