February 2011: The Economic Community Of West African States’ (ECOWAS) Regional Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) is executing a stock-taking exercise to identify qualified partners to support the creation of renewables and energy efficiency markets in West Africa.
