21 July 2010: The Executive Board of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) has launched a call for public inputs on the draft methodology “Consolidated methodology for electricity and heat generation from biomass residues” prepared by the CDM Methodologies Panel.

The draft methodology is based on the approved consolidated methodology ACM0006 “Consolidated methodology for electricity generation from biomass residues.” The call for inputs is open from 22 July-4 August 2010, and inputs received will be considered by the Methodologies Panel at its 45th meeting to be held from 9-13 August 2010.
