10 March 2009: The Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) has circulated the approved list of experts for the second meeting of the Ad Hoc Technical Expert Group (AHTEG) on biodiversity and climate change, to be held from 18-22 April 2009, in Helsinki, Finland.

The list includes experts nominated by parties, representatives of indigenous and local communities, experts nominated by organizations, observers and one resource person. It is recalled that the second meeting of the AHTEG will address the links between biodiversity, climate change adaptation, and risks and vulnerabilities. [The Notification]
