Biodiversity International17 November 2014: Bioversity International, in collaboration with partners, has released the ‘Toolkit for the Indicators of Resilience in Socio-ecological Production Landscapes and Seascapes (SEPLS),’ which provides guidance for the organization of workshops on the practical use of such indicators in the field.

The document contains sections on: background on SEPLS and the benefits of using indicators; description of the indicators; practical guidance for using the indicators; and examples of how the indicators have been used in four countries.

The toolkit was released on the occasion of International Union for Conservation of Nature’s (IUCN) World Parks Congress held from 12-19 November 2014 in Sidney, Australia.
