Aichi Targets Newsletter Showcases Activities for Strategic Plan Implementation

The latest issue of "Aichi Targets" reports on regional and national processes for revising National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAPs), Japan's support to capacity-building activities, and implementation of the Strategic Plan for Biodiversity 2011-2020.

April 2012: Published by the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), the April 2012 issue of the Aichi Targets Newsletter includes several articles on regional and national processes for the revision of National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAPs), among other topics.

The newsletter contains an article by Goshi Hosono, Minister of Environment of Japan, regarding on Japan’s support to capacity-building activities, and a message by CBD Executive Secretary Braulio Dias on the path towards implementation of the Strategic Plan for Biodiversity 2011-2020.
