8 October 2010: The Adaptation Fund board has released its rules of procedure and code of conduct.

The code of conduct outlines responsibilities and the need to avoid conflicts of interest. The rules of procedure describe, inter alia, the representation of the Board, election of officers and responsibilities of the Secretariat. The document also describes meeting procedures, including that the Board shall meet at least twice ever year, and will be open to members, alternates and observers.
