Convened under the UN Forum on Forests Facilitative Process to support financing for sustainable forest management (SFM), the 'Workshop on Harnessing Climate Change Financing for Sustainable Forest Management in Southeast Asia' will consider links and opportunities for harmonization between SFM financing and REDD+. The workshop will be co-convened with the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP).
