Through General Assembly Resolution 68/210, Member States decided to hold four, one-day structured dialogues to consider possible arrangements for a facilitation mechanism to promote the development, transfer and dissemination of clean and environmentally sound technologies. The fourth dialogue will be held on 23 July 2014, at UN Headquarters in New York, US. The theme for the dialogue will be 'Possible arrangements to enhance technology facilitation'.
