This Expert Meeting on “Trade and Climate Change: Trade and Investment Opportunities and Challenges under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM)” is organized by the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). The meeting will aim to deepen the understanding of the CDM and how its contribution to sustainable development in developing countries might be enhanced and optimized under a post-2012 climate regime.
