The UN General Assembly (UNGA) will hold a plenary discussion on a proposed draft decision on 'Implementation of the Declaration of Commitment on HIV/AIDS and the Political Declaration on HIV/AIDS'. By the draft decision, the Assembly would convene a high-level meeting on HIV/AIDS in 2016. The UN Secretary-General has issued a report in advance of this meeting, titled, 'Towards ending the AIDS epidemic: meeting the 2015 targets and planning for the post-2015 era'.
