This training session will include training and capacity building on implementation of Article 5 and the practical use of the Guidelines on Best Available Techniques (BAT) and Best Environmental Practice (BEP). The session will be held in conjunction with the Regional BAT and BEP Forum for Central and Eastern Europe, Caucasus, and Central Asia to promote strategies to reduce or eliminate unintentionally produced POPs from industry.
