This Conference is being organized jointly by the French Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transportation and Housing and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, and aims to bring together the expectations of civil society and encourage discussion on the reform of global governance of the environment and the place of non-state actors in it. It will address the theme, “Vers une nouvelle gouvernance mondiale de l’environnement”.
