The principal theme of this conference will be: Critical Infrastructures and System Failure. Delegates will hear from international experts in Emergency Management and learn about the latest techniques, equipment and theories in the field. Organizers are inviting contributions in topics such as Transport Emergencies and Emergency Management Science. Submission of abstracts and workshop issues are due on 15 November 2004.
