The UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO) Forestry and Timber Section are convening the workshop in order to explore options for green jobs in the forest sector. The workshop is a response to the pillar of the Rovaniemi Action Plan addressing challenges and opportunities encountered by the forest sector workforce in the Green Economy. Focusing on the UNECE region, the workshop will be carried out in English, French and Russian.
