Consultation Meeting on the Development of a Strategy for Strengthening the Engagement of the Health Sector in SAICM

Thematic Workshop on Governance, Civil Society Participation and Strengthening Partnerships for Chemicals and Waste Management and SAICM Implementation
UNITAR, in collaboration with its international partners, is organizing a workshop intended to be a preparatory activity for country pilot projects linked to SAICM implementation, which are scheduled to commence in September 2006. In order to obtain a diverse range of perspectives, participants are encouraged to provide a written contribution to the meeting which will be published in the final proceedings. Written contributions received by 10 May 2006 (registration deadline) will be taken into account when selecting panel speakers and sponsored participants.
