The Second Resumed Session of the Technical Consultation on Flag State Performance (FI-805) will take place from 4-8 February 2013. It is envisaged that this session will conclude the negotiations on the development of the draft Criteria to assess the performance of flag States, bringing the Technical Consultation to a close. The finalized draft Criteria will be forwarded to the FAO Committee on Fisheries (COFI) for endorsement and decision on any follow up actions to be taken.
