The Sustainable Development Impact Meetings 2022 will bring together academics, politicians, business, youth, and civil society leaders to engage in addressing the most pressing issues on the global agenda. The 2022 Meetings aim to, among other things, help make concrete progress on the SDGs and build momentum on other key milestones in the months ahead, including the upcoming UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP 27) in November 2022 and the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in January 2023.
The 2022 Meetings will focus on five themes:
- advancing regional and global cooperation;
- shaping resilient economies and societies;
- scaling climate action;
- accelerating industry transformation; and
- special agenda dialogues.
