HH6, organized by King’s College London and the University of East Anglia asks “to what extent can ‘justice’ serve transboundary water interaction?” The workshop will be organized around sessions on the: relevance of social justice to hydro-hegemony; affect of power asymmetry on world views of justice; influence of soft (bargaining and ideational) power on the process and outcome of transboundary water interaction; potential for transboundary water justice in a hegemonic political economic world order; and mixing of water, justice and borders.
